We are a group from the eastern Massachusetts area, currently developing a 34-unit cohousing site. We have a beautiful piece of land on which to build our neighborhood. This site, located in Berlin, MA, will be developed with Mosaic Commons to form Sawyer Hill EcoVillage.

We usually have about 30 people at our meetings - including our equity members, associate members and observers - and are excited to be in the construction phase of our project. We hope to move in October 2008.
