We are a group from the eastern Massachusetts area, excited to be living in our 34-unit cohousing neighborhood which residents helped to design. Our beautiful site, located in Berlin, MA, was developed along with Mosaic Commons to form Sawyer Hill EcoVillage.

Our first families moved into their new homes in 2008, and as of the end of 2012, all of our available units in Camelot have sold! There are still affordable (40B) units available in the neighborhood within Mosaic.

Models are open and tours available by appointment and every Sunday, 12:30 - 2:30 PM at 46 Sawyerhill Road, Berlin MA.
