Our Common House foundation was poured. The reality of the physical building is beginning to dawn.

The Town of Berlin ZBA signs off on our final plans.

We have now closed on the predevelopment loan. Have reached 80% of all market rate units pre-sold.

Camelot & Mosaic Commons hold a joint ground breaking ceremony.
 

01/10/2007: ZBA Approval

The Berlin Zoning Board of Appeals approved our comprehensive permit.
